noobs LLC will from time to time engage in special promotional offerings which may be limited to certain dates, times and/or experiences. These promotions are designed to attract new customers and/or increase customer awareness of particular service offerings.  Customers must purchase these specific promotions within the given time period as stated in the promotional offer.  Any reward or bonus received is subject to specific time periods for redemption and may be transferable to and be redeemed by another party.

Promotions (as of November 2023):

Free $20 bonus card (limited redemption window) received for every $50 in gift card purchases (Holiday GC 2023)

• To be eligible for free limited-redemption bonus card(s), the customer must purchase gift card(s) either online at www.noo.bs or in store between the dates of 11/24/23 and 12/26/23 for a minimum of $50.

• In-store customers will receive bonus card(s) upon purchase of eligible gift card(s)

• Online Customers will receive a $20 bonus card for every $50 increment of gift card(s) purchased in a single transaction (or multiple transactions on a single day) online via email within 7 business days. 

• No partial bonus card will be given (for example: a purchase of $149 in gift card(s) will result in two $20 bonus cards, a purchase of $150 will result in three $20 bonus cards)

• Regular Gift Cards will be available for download immediately after an online purchase.

• Note!!:  Bonus card(s) will NOT be provided immediately upon online checkout!  $20 bonus card(s) will be sent to the customer provided email address within 7 business days of an eligible online gift card(s) order.

• Redemption of a bonus card(s) are limited to the following:

  • valid for single sessions only (cannot be redeemed for 'party packs' or any multi-hour bookings)​

  • bonus cards may only be redeemed for single sessions booked between 01/01/24 and 03/31/24

  • up to 2 bonus cards may be redeemed for any eligible single session booking

  • bonus cards are valid for up to $20 each - no partial credit will be retained or refunded.

  • bonus cards are of promotional value only and are never redeemable for cash.

  • bonus cards for this promotion expire on 3/31/24 and will not be valid any date after.

• In the event of fraud and/or a credit card chargeback for a gift card purchase - all gift cards and bonus cards associated with that transaction will be cancelled and voided.​

• noobs LLC reserves the right to limit quantity of gift cards purchased by any customer, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity.

• noobs LLC reserves the right to pursue legal recourse in the event of fraud, in accordance with the governing laws of the State of California.

Gift Card discount code provided from 3rd party (no codes are currently active as of 11/2023)

• To be eligible, the customer must reference a valid promotional code when purchasing gift cards online at www.noo.bs or in store before the stated end date.  Any promotional code applied will reflect in the final price before the Customer submits payment. 

• All Gift Card sales are considered final, so if the customer purchases a gift card(s) that does not have the intended discount applied, the customer accepts normal pricing of the purchase. 

• Gift Cards may be redeemed for goods and services provided by noobs LLC are not redeemable for cash, except as specified under California law, Civil Code section 1749.5(b).  Any discounted value is considered promotional value and is not eligible for exchange or redeemable for cash.

• In the event of fraud and/or a credit card chargeback for a gift card purchase - all gift cards and bonus cards associated with that transaction will be cancelled and voided.

Gift Card obtained from Charitable Foundation/Raffle/Fundraiser

• Gift Cards that have been donated to a charitable foundation/club/association/etc by noobs LLC or provided at a discounted rate via a fundraiser are not subject to be redeemable for cash, pursuant to California law, Civil Code section 1749.5(c)

• Discounts of any amount are not eligible for 'party packs' or multi-hour event, at the sole discretion of noobs LLC

• Discounts of any amount may be limited to 1 redemption per customer/household, at the sole discretion of noobs LLC

• In general, promo codes may not be combined with any other discount and/or promotion.

• Promo/Discount codes are subject to change.

• Promo/Discount codes are subject to limited time redemption periods.

• Promo/Discount Codes that were intended to be applied by the customer, but were not applied before submitting payment are not eligible for refund, unless approved at the sole discretion of noobs LLC.

• Single use Promo/Discount codes are valid for a single redemption.  In the event of a no show and/or cancellation, no refund will be provided to single use discount codes.
